Party / zoom / doorstep Booking Cancellations:
The £20 deposit is non refundable should you cancel or change the booking in any way, the £20 only holds the date, times and characters, venue at time of booking. No alterations can be made. If you wish to alter this you will lose your £20 deposit. Full remaining balance is due no later than one week before the date of booking. Once the full balance has been paid the full balance is non refundable due to any cancellations. In some cases a credit note will be applied but not always.
Event Cancellation - Clients booking us for an event they want to host:
Please note due to any event cancellations for any reason including lack of your ticket sales, the full amount is still required to be paid in full if the event is cancelled in less than 4 weeks before the event date. If you cancel the event with 4 weeks notice or more a cancellation fee is applied of 25% of the agreed fee for holding the date or you can reschedule to save being charged this fee.
