Join our Cast for a " Not so Scary" Treat & Trail through the park meeting some Not so Spooky Guests on the way..

This is a family fun Walk through the Park thats Hosted in the Beautiful Saltwell Park Gateshead! Suitable for all ages even adults! Please come in your best attire & costumes if you wish to really get into the Spirit!

What Happens at the Event?

On arrival you'll be given a not so spooky map to see where the Characters are located! Each ticket is timed so you will be staggered in groups of 20 maximum.

You will stumble upon the characters for photos and interaction

Many children do not like scary characters so this event is for Halloween Fun and not Scary at all.

This is a fully outdoors event so should weather be a little less desired please bring coats, brolly & wellies!

You'll head through the park ticking off the list of meet and greets sometimes even gaining stickers!

Not so Spooky Characters include: Jack, Sally & Oogie Boogie! Maleficent & Aurora, Mother Gothel & Rapunzel!

The Little Mermaid & The Sea Witch, Snow Sisters, Snow White, Mr & Mrs Mouse will be attending with Mr Duck & a Goofy friend along with our favourite Pup Friends!

This is including some photo opportunities on the way and halloween fun!

You'll start the route at Gate 1 (opposite the theatre)

End the route at the Band stand - EXITS available both sides

Once you have completed the route you will not be able to go back through some parts of the park as it is one way, you will however be able to visit the Cafe, Maze etc and the public parts of the park accessible to public for more family time!

On Completion you'll be given a certificate and all children will receive a sticker of choice from a selection for each child, who may even also get Tricks or Treats along the way!

Perfect event for customers wanting more outdoor events due to risk of covid.

Times

eg 12.00 , 12:15 , 12:30

All of the entry Slots to the trail have been staggered every 15 mins this is to allow time to see each character along the route get photos etc and also for covid safety where possible.

Please note if you are coming with a group of friends please all choose the same time slot for eg 12.15pm. If you want to come at 12.15pm you would need to all purchase tickets from this slot.

Note you do not all have to purchase together in the same basket, you can check out separately each do your own tickets, but if you want to do the trail all at same time you must choose same time slot otherwise you'll be on different timed routes.

Prices

General Admission £13.50 plus booking fee - ( one overall ticket suitable for Adults or Children )

Babes in arms - up to 18 months - £4.50 plus booking fee ( Choose option Baby General admission ticket time does not have to be specified this is to add onto your other timed tickets! ) The event is aimed for 2 years and upwards

Please note babies don't get any trick or treat goodies as they are too young to participate in the trail and for sweets, hence the price difference in tickets

Every person / baby, child adult attending must have a valid ticket

Please note all bookings will be subjected to a transaction fee from the ticket and card company this is one fee per booking we do not receive this.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please note this event will only go ahead subject to health and safety approval at the time this has been passed but in the unlikely event this could not go ahead for any reason out of our control, we would reschedule tickets for 2023 same time and date.

All ticket sales are final and cannot under any circumstance be changed for a different date or time, as a small business we do not have the man power to change times to suit schedules, this also makes the event hard to manage so please note if you purchase that time and date you must attend the chosen time.

Refunds are only given should the event be fully Cancelled not rescheduled. If you don't wish to attend the event for any reason, you can sell your tickets on and email us at bookings@letitsnowproductions.com with the new lead name & email we will then change that over for you and resend the new customer the new tickets.

Parking

There is parking in the local Lowfell area (Lowrey's Lane Public Car Park) but we are advised to ask customers to take public transport if possible to avoid congestions, where this isn't possible and you will be bringing the car, there are car park's available in the surrounding areas.
